Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of ED experience and some pediatric (PEDS) experience. The ideal candidate must have prior travel nursing experience, strong emergency care skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Details

The 64-bed Emergency Department includes:

2 Triage beds
40 Acute Care beds
6 Super Track beds
2 Trauma beds
10 Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) beds
6 Psychiatric beds

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.
Some pediatric nursing experience.
Previous travel nursing experience is mandatory.
Current Epic EMR experience required.
Charge nurse capability is highly preferred.
Ability to float as required.

All certifications must be current and available at the time of submission:

AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
