Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing care to patients experiencing urgent or critical health issues, as well as those requiring emergency treatment for non-urgent conditions.

Job Responsibilities

Triaging patients according to their care requirements.
Conducting ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
Providing immediate interventions and discharge education.
Delivering care to diverse patient populations, including pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adapting communication effectively based on individual intellectual levels and physical abilities.

Requirements

Current RN License in Massachusetts.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification.

Additional Information

Shifts are available for either 36 or 48 hours per week, ideally during mid-shift hours. Candidates should be willing to cover at least one holiday and work every other weekend. A start date is projected for either November 8 or November 15.
