Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Tehachapi valley, California.
Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patients and analyze data to identify diagnoses and care needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
- Promote a safe, healing, and supportive patient-care environment.
- Provide health education to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate duties appropriately and coordinate activities of nursing staff.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active RN License — Required
- BLS/CPR — Required
- ACLS/ALS — Required
- PALS — Required
- NRP/NALS — Required
- Acute Care experience — Preferred
- BSN — Preferred
