Shift: Nights, 7:30 PM–8:00 AM

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses for a 13-week night shift assignment. Candidates should have strong emergency nursing experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism.

Candidates with experience at large hospitals and previous experience with similar healthcare systems are preferred. Local and out-of-state candidates will be considered.

SCHEDULE & ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

Shift: Nights, 7:30 PM–8:00 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
Weekly Hours: 36
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:3 when fully staffed
Floating: No floating outside the Emergency Department; nurses will rotate through assignments within the ER.
On-Call: Not required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience required.
Candidates with less than 2 years of experience at a small hospital will not be accepted.
Active California RN license required. Expired licenses must be renewed before submission.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and Fire Card.

PAY PACKAGE – TRAVEL CANDIDATES

Regular Pay: $25.50/hour for 24 hours = $612.00
Overtime Pay: $38.25/hour for 12 hours = $459.00
Total Taxable Pay: $1,071.00/week
Weekly Meals Stipend: $1,930.00
Lodging Stipend: $0.00
Gross Weekly Estimate: $3,001.00

PAY PACKAGE – LOCAL CANDIDATES

Regular Pay: $68.00/hour for 24 hours = $1,632.00
Overtime Pay: $102.00/hour for 12 hours = $1,224.00
Total Taxable Pay: $2,856.00/week

Gross Weekly Estimate: $2,856.00

ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION

Scrubs: Royal blue or navy blue.
PPE: Fully provided; fit testing can be completed onsite.
Parking: Available onsite.
