Position Overview

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Assess, monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions appropriately.
• Serve as a primary coordinator among various disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Review and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess patient discharge needs and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
