Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing or Emergency Department experience required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• PALS or ENPC required
• TNCC preferred
• MAB preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass ECG/telemetry and medication testing during onboarding
• Must be available to interview with the nurse manager

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support timely patient care
• Document accurately in Epic EMR and maintain strong clinical workflow
• Respond to changing patient conditions with sound judgment and professionalism
• Work assigned night shifts and every other weekend as scheduled
