Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• 2+ years of telemetry experience required
• 1 year of previous travel RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
• PALS or ENPC accepted as equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips
• Successful completion of a tele test on the first day; pass/fail
• Must be able to start after a 6-month separation from prior employment relationship if applicable
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding; declinations not accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
• Interpret telemetry strips and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver efficient, compassionate care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support safe, timely patient throughput
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent care during night shift coverage
