• Shift Time: Nights, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• Hours Per Week: 36-48 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470-$2,600
• Openings: 3
• Schedule Notes: 2 weekends in a 4-week schedule period; holiday rotation may apply
• Floating: May float to Psych ED and Pediatric ED as needed

Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current, unexpired BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II ED experience, or 2+ years of recent Level III/IV ED experience
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks
• Must pass a telemetry assessment on day 1 with a score of 85% or higher
• EPIC experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Critical care experience preferred
• Ability to care for patients ages 15+ in pediatric areas when needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department serving a high-volume patient population
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with a wide range of acuity levels in a fast-moving clinical setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Manage assignments with patient ratios typically ranging from 1:4 to 1:5 depending on acuity
• Adapt to a large ED environment and support care across designated float areas when needed
• Follow established clinical protocols to ensure excellent patient outcomes and a strong patient experience
