Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a position specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care within the MS/Tele environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
At least one previous travel assignment is required.
Experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing is essential.
Required certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Cerner experience is preferred.
Candidates must be within a 60-mile traveler radius.

Schedule

Shifts are scheduled as 4x12 hours during the day, from 06:30 to 19:00.
