Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

Job Summary

Position: Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) 
Experience Required:
Minimum 2+ years recent ED experience
Pediatric (PEDS) ED experience preferred

Certifications Required:
AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS
NIHSS
TNCC 
Licensure:
Active NY RN license (with NURSYS report)
Verification of all RN licenses

Schedule:
Night shift, 6:30p-7a
Floating to other units required
Unit Details:
64-bed Emergency Department
Includes 2 triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych beds
Patient population: Newborns, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics
Common diagnoses: Stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure
Must provide care to all assigned patients, including SANE
Equipment Used:
Rapid infusor, Arctic Sun
EMR:
Experience with EPIC required

Med Ninjas Job ID #18016. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
