Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join our team. This position requires a strong background in emergency nursing, with a focus on providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Information

• 12-hour shifts
• Days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patients' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in the education of patients and their families.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Current certifications in PALS, BLS/BCLS, and ACLS are required.
• Strong proficiency in EPIC is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements
