- Orientation Dates: 8/25, 9/8, 9/22, 10/13
Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department or ER nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Experience caring for pediatric patients and comfort working with them as part of the ED ratio
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and confidence in a high-acuity emergency room environment
- Resume and skills checklist must reflect emergency nursing experience
- RTO must be submitted at the time of application
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective care to emergency department patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess, monitor, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely patient flow
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients within the Emergency Department
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent situations with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold excellent patient care standards
- Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered care
