Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a bustling acute care facility. This position entails providing high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population. The role involves managing acute and critical cases, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety during high-pressure situations.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week, from 10/12/2026 to 04/12/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); 2 years of ER experience; valid state license (compact license accepted); at least 1 year of patient care experience; willingness to work nights.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ICP monitoring, triage unit experience, and community hospital background.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be able to work 3 of the 5 major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. No on-call requirements. No float between units unless specified; refusal to float may result in contract termination. This facility maintains a patient census of approximately 87 daily with 18 rooms and 25 beds.
