Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Department RN for a high-volume Emergency Department in New York.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent ED experience with Pediatrics experience
  • Previous travel experience required
  • Active NY RN License
  • Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Must live 75+ miles from the facility (locals accepted at local rate)
  • Submit resume, Skills Checklist, NURSYS report, driver's license, and RTO with application

Position Details:

  • Shift: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Floating required
  • Charge experience highly preferred
  • 64-bed ED treating newborns through geriatrics
  • Experience with trauma, stroke, sepsis, MI, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and critical care drips preferred.
