Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of emergency nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI (or MOAB), NIHSS.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage high-pressure situations and prioritize patient care.
• Charge nurse experience is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in a busy ED environment.
• Comfort with using Epic EMR systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and diverse patient needs.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Proven track record in emergency or trauma care settings.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Must pass all required certifications prior to start date.
