First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Silverdale, Washington.

ER RN – Unit Summary

Facility: Level I/Trauma ED with 56 beds (up to 60–70 with hall beds), 6 fast-track beds, and 18 holding beds.
Patient Volume: Approximately 170–200 patients/day; ratios 1:3, up to 1:4 for low-acuity patients.
Requirements: WA or Compact RN license; minimum 1 year of experience in a larger trauma setting.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS or ENPC.
Common Cases: Cardiac, stroke, sepsis, DKA, respiratory, abdominal pain, AMS, and mental health.
EMR: Epic. Telemetry monitoring available.
Schedule: Based on unit needs; holidays in November/December required. No call or floating.
Orientation: 1 day of compliance and 1 day of department orientation.
Important: Manager conducts a phone interview. No RTO during the first full week. Duo candidates cannot have the same schedule.
