Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Proven experience in emergency or trauma care preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Experience in trauma or critical care settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) preferred
- Previous emergency room or trauma center experience is advantageous
