Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position located in Waupaca, WI. This contract opportunity supports a busy 8-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4, requiring experienced healthcare professionals to provide exceptional emergency care. The role involves working 12-hour evening shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details

• Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, TNCC, NIHSS (required)
• Education: Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelors Degree preferred
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years RN experience required, with at least 2 years ER experience preferred
• Schedule: 12-hour evening shifts, 36 hours per week, starting 10/26/2026 and ending 01/23/2027
• Float: Float rotation may be required to all ThedaCare facilities within a 60 mile radius
• Responsibilities include providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, managing patient flow, and adhering to hospital protocols
• Requirements: Epic charting experience in the last year, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting
