Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Appleton, WI. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy ER unit within a healthcare facility. The role requires responding to urgent medical needs and ensuring patient safety during night shifts.

Job Details

• Certifications: WI Registered Nurse (RN), AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required.
• Education: Associate Degree or Certificate, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ER experience and 2+ years of ER triage experience required.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, guaranteed 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required in all ThedaCare facilities within up to a 60-mile radius.
• Additional Information: This assignment involves working in an 18-bed emergency unit with a patient ratio of 1:4, using Epic charting within the last year.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have previous travel experience, with at least one completed assignment, and prefer candidates with strong ER and triage backgrounds.
