Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.
Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Staff Nurse (RN) provides holistic care to patients and their families. The primary focus is on independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions as outlined in the standards and competencies specific to the Emergency Room specialty. The RN’s scope of practice includes the care of individuals of all ages: neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults throughout the life cycle.
The RN is responsible for executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, which include:
The RN develops and revises the patient's plan of care, coordinates care among various disciplines, and delegates activities to other care providers as necessary. The RN actively participates in shared accountability and decision-making regarding nursing practices. Through active engagement in practice, the RN implements personal leadership qualities and skills to define, enhance, and improve practice standards, the care environment, and to promote exceptional patient care.
The RN position requires a commitment to shaping nursing practices and ensuring superior healthcare delivery while working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
