Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• PALS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity emergency care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely treatment
• Administer medications, start IVs, and carry out emergency interventions as needed
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Support patients and families with clear communication during stressful situations
