Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel assignment. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, full-spectrum Emergency Department that serves patients of all ages, including a locked behavioral health unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to manage acute medical situations.
  • Assist with the treatment and management of patients across all age groups.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility for emergency MA license.
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, and PALS.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a large Emergency Department.
  • Previous travel assignment experience preferred; however, first-time travelers with extensive ED experience may be considered.

Unit Details

  • Patient Population: All ages, with a predominance of adults and occasional pediatric patients.
  • Includes a locked behavioral health unit with a 12-bed capacity.
  • Dynamic environment serving a diverse community.
