Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Carlinville, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
⏰ Hours: 36 Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Carlinville, IL. This opportunity is ideal for an ER RN who is comfortable providing emergency care in a Critical Access Hospital setting.
✅ Requirements
Active Illinois RN License
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room/ED nursing experience
Current BLS certification
Recent experience working in an Emergency Department setting
Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
Strong assessment, triage, and emergency-care skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
Perform patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
Monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assist with emergency procedures and stabilization of patients
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered emergency care
