Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy emergency department. The ER nurse will implement the nursing process within the healthcare facility, assessing, diagnosing, and planning patient care, with a focus on trauma and acute care cases.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, MN state RN license required.
• Education/Degree Requirements: RN license, minimum of two years recent ER experience in a facility with annual visits around 28,000 or higher.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating day, evening, and night shifts, scheduled every other to every third weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience with EPIC and Accudose systems during orientation, with equipment utilized in the unit. The department has a 15-bed ED with 4 fast track rooms and 1 triage area, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3 or 1:4. Floating to other units/departments may be required; specific details provided during orientation. All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility; scrubs must be navy blue.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must note if they have previously worked for the healthcare provider; if so, the previous employment must have ended at least six months prior to submission.
