Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

A unique opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team. This role requires a high level of skill and expertise, as the nurse will be one of only two RNs working in the department, providing comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.

• Patient Ratios: 1:2.5
• Electronic Health Record: Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR
• Patient Population: All age groups

Responsibilities:

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to all ages and types of patients experiencing emergencies. The RN will be responsible for triaging patients, managing critical cases, and ensuring timely interventions for various illnesses and injuries.

Skills and Experience:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in triage and emergency care
• Preferred Skillset: Advanced clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a small, critical access hospital setting
