Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a healthcare facility located in Brunswick, Maine. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care within a department that has 23 beds and serves a diverse patient population. This is an immediate-start opportunity with a scheduled shift pattern.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience as an RN in Emergency Room, valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification, with additional certification in NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale).
  • Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of ER experience; charge nurse experience is a plus.
  • Additional Information: Must have CPI or MOAB prior to start. The role involves working in a fast-paced ED environment with patient ratios of 4 to 6. Scrub attire is not required; standard scrubs are acceptable. This position is created to fill a vacant role and requires a candidate ready to start as soon as possible.
