Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position is primarily focused on providing high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and histories to deliver appropriate care and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Position Details

• Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week (1900 - 0730)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Required as per schedule
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in emergency care
• Standard Patient Ratio: 1:4, with adjustments during staffing shortages

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and in emergency situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
