Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Adult Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments of patients presenting to the emergency department.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and clinical status of patients continuously.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with established protocols.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting is preferred.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

Schedule

This position requires a Night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, specifically from 19:00 to 07:00. Participation in EOW (Every Other Weekend) is required.
