Guaranteed Hours:36 hours/week; 48 hours approved
Experience:1+ year RN experience required
Must-Have Specialty:Med/Surg + Stepdown experience
Charge Experience:HUGE PLUS
Certifications:AHA BLS required
License:Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license
Unit: Acute-care Med/Surg/Stepdown caring for patients with a variety of conditions from simple to complex
Key Skills:Central line care/management, Foley care, end-of-life care, dialysis access/site care, IV infusions, blood products, patient assessment, care planning, and delegation
Nephrology: Must understand proper dialysis access care, including not using hemodialysis catheters or fistulas for inappropriate blood draws
