Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior successful travel nursing assignment experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA
• PALS and TNCC certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity ER setting
• Must meet pre-start compliance requirements and be cleared prior to the start date

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, efficient care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
• Support care in trauma, critical care, minor care, and rapid treatment workflows
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changing conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of clinical practice
• Adapt to dynamic patient volume and contribute to a positive team environment
