The role requires supervision and direction of nursing staff, along with care coordination among multidisciplinary teams, utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
Job Details

- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week

- Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
- Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from approved vendors; Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Clinical Responsibilities: Collects relevant data, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, and participates in discharge planning
- Additional Responsibilities: Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members; provides health education; delegates tasks; performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared to provide proof of licensure and certifications, and EPIC experience is required
