Job Details
- Position Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room (ER) offers comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and visitors in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and revising care plans, and delegating tasks to healthcare team members. The RN actively participates in shared decision-making, maintains high standards of practice, and ensures a safe and effective environment of care.
- Required Qualifications: Minnesota licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), a minimum of 2 years of ER travel experience, excellent work history pertinent to the specialty, current skills checklist, and two supervisory references with dates of employment.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Experience with all patient populations and trauma level IV environment required. Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system necessary. Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA and submit all required documentation.
