First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

                        MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE STRIPS

  1. Brief Unit Description: 16 New Observation Beds for patients and holds.
  2. Years of Experience Required: 2+ years working in one location; and 2 years working as a Traveler.
  3. Skill Sets Required: General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education.
  4. Clinician to Patient Ratio: 4:1 or 5:1 depend on unit needs.
  5. Patient Population: Adult.
  6. Bed Count: 16.
  7. Census: 10-16.
  8. EMR (Charting System): Epic, Asap and Clin doc.
  9. Floating Required: Yes.
  10. Rotating Shifts Required: Yes.
  11. Certifications Required: AHA ACLS, PALS and Active MA RN License.
