Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent emergency nursing or trauma nursing experience required
• Travel nurse experience preferred
• Experience in a Trauma Level I Emergency Department strongly preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring for urgent and emergent patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver timely, effective care
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions and support trauma-level interventions as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in the patient record
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment while delivering compassionate emergency nursing care
