Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Experience working in fast-paced ED or emergency room settings
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to complete standard compliance and onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Perform triage and prioritize patient needs in a high-volume ED environment
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, efficient treatment
• Support timely interventions and patient flow in a busy emergency room setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Deliver compassionate care while supporting patients and families during urgent situations
