Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) rotations required.
    • On-Call Protocol: No on-call requirement.
    • Floating Protocol: Required to float onsite within skill set or to affiliate facility sites within a 40-mile radius as needed.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3+ years of recent clinical ER experience with prior travel experience OR 5+ years of clinical ER experience in a high-volume/large ED if no prior travel experience [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Wisconsin State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred/required per emergency scope.
