Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) traveler to support our ongoing Emergency Department (ED) Boarding needs. This position will provide critical support throughout the ED while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Schedule

3x12 Day/Night rotation (4 weeks of each) OR Straight Nights available
Every other holiday and every other weekend required
Orientation sessions available: Weeks of 9/14 and 9/28

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an emergency setting.
Assist in managing ED boarding needs effectively.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with health care regulations.
Respond swiftly to patient needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license.
Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
