Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license; BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); ACLS Certification from AHA; PALS Certification from AHA; TNCC or ATCN Certification; current certification/licenses; educational background from an accredited nursing program; minimum 1 year of clinical experience in emergency or acute care setting
- Preferred Qualifications: CPI or equivalent certification
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include obtaining initial assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, performing point-of-care testing, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. The RN will participate in discharge planning, education, and unit growth initiatives. Flexibility to assist during low census and voluntary on-call are expected. The position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, patient satisfaction, and adherence to safety and organizational policies.
