Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse CASA GRANDE, AZ. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency department. Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours shift time, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or a current compact license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; recent clinical experience in an acute care setting, with at least one year in an emergency room or similar environment; must be able to perform clinical duties effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing; professional certification related to emergency nursing; additional education or experience in critical care settings.
  • Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, developing and revising care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting care in accordance with organizational policies and standards. The role involves direct patient care, supervision of other healthcare team members, and participation in quality improvement activities.
