First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Contract Details

  • Shift: Days – 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with some 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts as needed
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
  • Weekend: Rotating weekends

 


  Pay Breakdown

  (Based on 36 hours)

  W2 (taxable): $26.00/hr
  Per Diem (Non-Taxable):  $ 1,267.00
  Gross Weekly Pay: $2,203.00/week


Requirements

  • Experience Required:
    • Experienced ER/ED RN
    • RN Education Verification
    • Ability to utilize the nursing process and provide comprehensive emergency care
    • Strong assessment, critical-thinking, documentation, and patient-safety skills
  • Certification Required:
    • BLS
    • ACLS
    • PALS
    • NIHSS
    • TNCC or TNS
  • License Required:
    • Active Wisconsin RN License

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation.
  • Develop and execute individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide patient and family education.
  • Document patient care according to established standards.
  • Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and unit practice activities.
  • Apply clinical expertise to support other departments in the patient's continuum of care.
  • Use critical thinking to promote patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Participate in professional nursing and peer review processes.
