First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Contract Details

Shift: Days – 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with some 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts as needed
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend: Rotating weekends

Pay Breakdown

(Based on 36 hours)

W2 (taxable): $26.00/hr
Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $ 1,267.00
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,203.00/week

Requirements

Experience Required:
- Experienced ER/ED RN
- RN Education Verification
- Ability to utilize the nursing process and provide comprehensive emergency care
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, documentation, and patient-safety skills
Certification Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
- TNCC or TNS
License Required:
- Active Wisconsin RN License

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Administer medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation.
Develop and execute individualized patient care plans.
Provide patient and family education.
Document patient care according to established standards.
Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and unit practice activities.
Apply clinical expertise to support other departments in the patient's continuum of care.
Use critical thinking to promote patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately.
Participate in professional nursing and peer review processes.
