Compensation & Schedule Details

  • Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week / 12-hour shifts). Target start date: November 16, 2026.

Key Facility Policies & Floating Rules

  • Facility Profile: 17-bed Critical Access Hospital (Level IV trauma designation). ER volume averages 8–12 patients per day.
  • Floating Mandate:Must float 50/50 between the ER and Med-Surg units.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred; Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience highly preferred.
  • Licensure: Active Iowa (IA) RN license or multi-state compact RN license in hand.
  • Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS, and TNCC strictly required at submittal.
