Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse positions are available in a high-volume healthcare environment. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a diverse patient population. The ER nurse is responsible for providing timely and effective nursing interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality emergency care in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Completion of a basic professional curriculum of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing; holds or is entitled to hold a multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; recent (0-6 months) related experience; Epic experience; working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways; effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize work effectively; attention to detail in examining clinical and numerical data; valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.

- Additional Information: The registered nurse will utilize assessment skills to care for emergent patients, perform triage, prioritize care, and address patient and family needs related to emergency situations.
