Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to join our team. This position requires a strong ability to respond effectively to critical situations while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Schedule

This position offers 4x12-hour shifts, with options for day shifts. Shifts are structured as follows:

• Day shift from 09:00 to 21:00
• Day shift from 12:00 to 00:00

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in an emergency room setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will need to report to San Angelo for their first day of assignment. A commitment of 48 hours per week is preferred, with a minimum of 36 hours being considered.
