As an ER nurse, you'll be instrumental in providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You will assess and manage 20-30 patients per shift, typically working alongside another nurse. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC. This role emphasizes teamwork, efficient patient care, and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
