Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse, located in Indiana, is responsible for providing urgent and critical care to patients in a Level 2 Trauma Center Emergency Department. The role involves working within a team to deliver seamless patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced nursing skills and emergency procedures.

Job Details

• Position Description: Emergency Nurse in a Level 2 Trauma Center Emergency Department, with responsibilities including patient assessment, stabilization, and direct care management.
• Qualifications: Current Indiana or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and TNCC certifications.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, PALS, TNCC.
• Additional Information: Orientation will be Monday through Friday of the first week and Monday through Tuesday of the second week, with mandatory attendance for all days. Orientation hours are 8 hours per day. The department contains 40 beds and employs a Team Nursing approach to patient care.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit a license to practice and have the ability to submit documentation for licensure.
