Description
As an Emergency Room Nurse, you'll work under the guidance of the nurse manager, providing essential care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. You'll play a critical role in delivering compassionate care while managing a variety of medical situations and educating patients and families as needed.
