Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse Northwest Medical Center. This position involves providing exceptional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department during night shifts. The nurse will utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and hospital policies, demonstrating leadership, critical thinking, and clinical competencies to ensure safe patient care.

Job Details

  • Shift Time: Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
  • Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Arizona Nursing License; 2 years of Emergency Room experience; Cerner electronic medical record system experience preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Charge Nurse experience (additional $3/hour).
  • Additional Information: The role requires willingness to float. The position is located within a 38-bed facility that is certified for Trauma Level III, Stroke Receiving, and STEMI Receiving.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start within two weeks of offer acceptance.
