Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the local area. This contract position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, stand-alone emergency department setting. The role requires delivering comprehensive patient assessment, treatment, and stabilization for a variety of urgent health conditions.
Job Details
- Position Description: CONTRACT - RN - ER (Emergency Room) 13 weeks 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The unit has 11 beds and operates 24/7, with rotating weekend shifts.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 2 years of ER experience, and at least 1 year of recent emergency room nursing experience, along with current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role involves performing IV starts, 12-lead EKGs, and patient assessments. The ideal candidate is inclusive, helpful, and willing to work as part of a team. Candidates without ER experience or less than 2 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
