Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. This position involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a requirement to work every other weekend and holidays as needed. Candidates must be flexible and willing to float to other units as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatments in compliance with facility protocols.
• Participate in emergency interventions and stabilization of patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ER setting is required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS are mandatory.
• TNCC certification is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and within a STEMI/Stroke certified facility is preferred.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Holiday Requirements

Please note that minimal holiday requests for time off will be accommodated; candidates must be available to work at least 2 out of 4 holidays per year.

Work Schedule

This position involves a night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts each week, specifically from 19:00 to 07:30.
