The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care at a facility located in Loma Linda, California. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing services in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering patient care, adhering to hospital protocols, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Location: 11234 Anderson Street, Loma Linda, CA 92354
- Schedule: Dayshift, with shifts lasting 12 hours; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications; minimum 3 years of ER nursing experience; must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in high-volume or trauma ER settings is a plus.
- Shift Details: The weekend schedule will mirror staff shifts, with requirements of 6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks. Dayshift weekends involve Saturday and Sunday; NOC (Night of Coverage) weekends include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with flexibility to rotate weekends. Some holidays will also be scheduled.
- Additional Information: The role may require working every other weekend or every Sunday, depending on staffing needs. The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and be able to respond quickly to emergency situations.
